Granted this sounds bad, with that said, Steve Knight the former GOP Rep of the area, would record people protesting against him on camera and intimidate them with "I got you on camera" in a devious way (you never saw that on CNN). The Schmuck was the "heir" of "Buck McKeon"....and lost it after one term. Given other things I've heard about him...I wouldn't be surprised he went to other "tactics".
Ones sexual preferences means nothing to my wife and I, to each their own. But to use that against someone...and I don't care if its Lenin Lindsey Ghram or Katie Hill, it has NO affect of their ability to do their job on behalf of their constituents* (asterisk for obvious reasons). Bottom line, I'm a registered "independent"....I get emails, from Katie asking about my views...I only got silence from Knight.
Using "immorality" is a classic GOP nut job tactic...particular, since they can't live up to the standards they set. Seeing Katie as my Rep was a breath of fresh and cool air. I want to keep that. The opposite is to see more scowling people at the GOP booth at the AV fair...and more hypocrites talking about the sanctity of marriage while on their at minimum 2nd or 3rd marriage....while we are unapologetic socialist, and going to celebrate our 22nd anniversary in a few months...and yes, we were married in a church. Fuck you, religious nut jobs.
