Video: VA House GOP Candidate Suggests "Commonsense" "Ankle Bracelets" for Women Getting Abortions

https://bluevirginia.us/2019/10/video-virginia-house-gop-candidate-suggests-commonsense-ankle-bracelets-for-women-getting-abortions

This Republican candidate says:

“The number of abortions in Virginia in 2017 was 17,210. The number of gun deaths, the misuse of guns, was 1,041. That’s a ratio of 16.5:1. How about this, contrarian? I’m going to impose commonsense restrictions on the constitutional right to an abortion? How about ankle bracelets?”

we can't all have our way. I would like to impose restrictions on idiots who spout restrictions that limit other people's rights over their bodies, but, oh well.

I think that would be far more beneficial to the rest of us though. How about a ball gag?

Does he want to outlaw professions that provide gun-related services?

Does he want to outlaw that taxpayer-money goes to gun-related corporations?

Does he think it's legal harass people who are on their way to buying a gun?

Does he think that only companies with special admittance privileges should be allowed to sell guns, up to the point where there is only one vendor in the whole state?

Anyone who suggests gun deaths and abortion are the same need to be milkshaked and banned from running for political office.

Get women free access to reproductive healthcare. Get women free birth control, and not just the pills because some can't take them. Have it shipped to their homes for free.

Make it all free and as easy to access as it is to buy a fucking gun.

This is what can be done if anyone is really serious about lowering abortion rates. Outlawing abortion and criminalizing women sure as hell won't do it.

These people piss me off.
