Sixteen days until the 2019 elections. Are you ready?

I know we're fixated on the 2020 presidential primaries, but many of us will be voting in state and local elections this November 5th? Have you checked out your local candidates and ballot issues? Ready to vote?

For the candidates I'm simply voting straight "D." I'd vote for a tuna casserole over an "R." Squinch Oct 2019 #1

As damaging and destructive as Bevin has been, it will still be close and could go either way.

I call up websites that explain candidates and issues so I won't waste my vote. To me voting is a right and an obligation.

No local, state, or federal elections here this year, that I know of. I vote by mail so should have received a ballot by now if there was an election.

But I agree, for those who live in an area with off-year elections, get out and vote. The fight is at all levels: local, state, and federal. .
