I just shut down a tea begger

I was on another site where the discussion about how we should vote against Obama because of his spending. Well, It was a good exchange back and forth with no name calling to my surprise. I was repectful and so were the two people I argued with. Then one of them came at me with this.
"The traitors are those who knowingly in our Congress go along with the agenda of this President when they know that the debt reckless spending through stimulous packages and new taxes through the health care bill will only hurt our nation and bring it to poverty and destruction no matter which party they are that knowingly do such a thing they are indeed sell outs to our govornment of freedom and liberty for every individual persons rights as Americans no matter what group they are in. Sincerely ;"

and my response was:
Here are the FACTS about the spending under President Obama.
http://articles.marketwatch.com/2012-05-22/commentary/31802270_1_spending-federal-budget-drunken-sailor

and this is from the Wall Street Journal. You can't get much more right wing than this.

and it has been over an hour for their response. Hummmmmm. I guess they can't stand facts or either they are stll stunned of being lied too.

You know I'm so glad you called them out on the truth and I'll tell you what I've learned from debating over the years with them. Many of these citizens already know much of the truth already, they just don't want how they feel to be challenged by anything especially the truth. Take President Obama for example, they know he's being done wrong by republicans in office but, they want him out so bad that they don't care..it's not even about the truth with them, it's all about protecting and spreading their own interests..not working together as a country..

"What, you expect me to READ? I don't have to READ, I KNOW STUFF, you moron!"

I know the type all too well. He'll be back doing his seagull act (fly in making a lot of noise, shit all over everybody, fly out) in the future.

a guy i work with walked into the crew room caught the middle of a dem-rep discussion and said "i have no use for the tax and spend democrats" i said that the only presidents to balance the budget have been democrats. i went on and besides the tax and spend plan is preferable to the borrow and spend policies of the republicans. the republicans borrow borrow borrow like there's no tomorrow and when the democrats get into office the republicans start screaming about all the money that's been borrowed.
he turned his back to me after the borrow borrow borrow point and started talking to other people about the tax and spend dems completely ignoring me.

rant on my facebook page. My rightie family and friends have been regularly posting their propaganda most with zero backing of facts...just random falsehoods. I rarely post political stuff but won't hesitate to correct those that do.

This article will do wonders ...just have to wait and bide my time and post when it will have the greatest effect.

10. Bush didn't submit a 2009 budget. The spending was from the Democratically

controlled Congress which pushed forth the 900 Billion stimulus and spent the remainder of 400 billion in TARP money that Bush didn't spend. When added to President Obama's spending, the picture changes pretty significantly. We need to be careful when we quote from a single source only.
