New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed a measure that would allow the state to pursue charges against people who have received a presidential pardon — a law seen as a direct shot at Trump.

Cyrus Vance (Manhattan DA) whose record prosecuting Trumps is questionable, but appears to be on board now was last reelected in 2017 so presumably remains there until 2021.

Bottom line--CONTINUITY in NY for Trump prosecutions for some time to come.
