We abandoned the Kurds, but we also ran away from the Turks.

The great American Military ran from the Turkish forces. Im sure the military feels good about that.

No one doubts the might of our military. But I betcha every strongman in the world just sat straight up and is figuring out a way to thumb their nose at the US.

Retreat is the correct word. It does not mean run. They are following orders.

I think we should have less of these wars and Assad himself isn't getting hurt in this war. Let Russia go ahead and stroll around our empty military bases. We should defend Kurds as well as Houthis though.

Their Commander In Thief ordered them out to cause a National Emergency, when ISIS hits your hometown. Will you run when their bombs explode at your mall?

Listen, I absolutely loathe Trump and credit him with NOTHING. That said, I am firmly antiwar and opposed to our military presence in the ME, or anywhere else for that matter. Our soldiers shouldn't be anywhere overseas. Therefore, I have no problem with them being withdrawn there or anywhere.
