He just doesn't pay the vendors or municipalities with money he collected from those donations. Money only flows one way, in shitler's world. So the taxpayers keep paying him, and paying for him, to run his shitty nazi campaign.

been paying attention since 1980, the working stiffs of America have enriched those who own and run this country while living on the meager crumbs that accidentally slipped through their
greedy fingers. Remember that our income over this time period was less than 10 percent they "struggled" by with over a 200 percent increase to their millions upon millions.
