Mnuchin just gave a press-con about Turkey

He stated that the Trump administration is poised to shut down the Turkish economy. He admits that everything in Syria has spiraled out of control and hinted that the president will have to take extreme action.

No one asked him if he knows how this international mess came to be. I would have.

State is not his shop. He doesn't, and shouldn't, know anything about what the State Department is up to.
