The Congress does not have a right to investigate a President if he has done nothing wrong. That would mean it would be an illegitimate impeachment. That means "executive privilege" permits the president to ignore all subpoenas and requests from an illegitimate Congress with their unconstitutional requests.
Is this what Trump and his lawyers are arguing??

Trump is shouting at the moon on this. He can bitch all he wants. The more he does, the longer the list of Articles of Impeachment grows.
