Graham Vows To Have Whistleblowers Testify Publicly

Fox News reports:

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., vowed to expose the anonymous whistleblowers against President Trump if Democrats move forward with impeachment; at the same time, he warned against Trump having China pursue an investigation of Joe Biden.

A second unidentified whistleblower was confirmed Sunday morning, reportedly with firsthand information to support some of the allegations another whistleblower made in a complaint filed in August regarding a July 25 phone call between Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Here’s what’s going to happen: if the whistleblowers’ allegations are turned into an impeachment article it’s imperative that the whistleblower be interviewed in public, under oath, and cross-examined,” Graham told Fox News’ “Sunday Morning Futures,” promising that “if that doesn’t happen in the House, I’ll make sure it happens in the Senate.”

Senator Lindsey Graham just vowed to break US federal law, which states that all intel community whistleblowers are ENTITLED to anonymity. There is no law they will not break in the Trump cult.

1. I would think that would be part of the trial. Like how grand jury testimony is not public, but...

trials usually are. Not that impeachment trials have to follow the usual rules of evidence or custom.

I don't believe the question has been answered, since we've only had 2 presidential impeachment trials. Maybe other impeachments, like judges, have a precedent.

Why is lawless Lindsay determined to intentionally violate the statute and put the whistleblower’s safety at risk? He’s afraid of something.

8. Impeachment trials are not criminal trials, they're job performance reviews.

A person has the right to confront witnesses in a criminal trial per the 6th Amendment, but this isn't a criminal proceeding. Furthermore, the WB's identity is protected by a specific statute. No way is Trump's leg-humper going to be able to force him/her to testify in an impeachment trial.
