A steady drumbeat of clear evidence of felonies from each of the House investigating committees, referred for prosecution. It frames the narrative effectively about the crime boss at the top, and that everyone working at the top levels is a criminal.

I think it's important to enforce that in the public mind. Barr will probably stonewall, but it's about image and message. Even without prosecution or convictions, people think the entire inner circle is about to go to jail. That either puts the Senate in play in Impeachment, or by branding Trumper candidates, swings more local and down-ticket elections.
