Will impeachment inquiry legally free up FULL, unredacted Mueller Report?

Is this what Barr foresaw and why he ramped up his strategy to attack Mueller Report findings on Trump and Russia?

They knew impeachment inquiry would be the next step once they found that there was a credible whistleblower. That was almost a month before we heard about it.

Sure they want Russia absolved to lift sanctions by forcing an appearance of blame, instead, on Ukraine, but, getting ahead of the full release of Mueller Report would be highly motivating, as well.

Could shake loose the unredacted report from an uncooperative Attorney General.

Just can’t recall which legal experts made the statement.
