When Will Senate Republicans Start a "Cut Our Losses Caucus?"

It's about time for that. As more and more whistleblowers come forward from different Executive Branch organizations, the pressure is going to grow. At some point. even Republicans are bound to realize that their only path for survival is to cut their losses by cutting Trump loose and getting rid of him.

As usual, they will do that too late to rescue themselves. Republicans never seem to learn the most basic political lessons.

Every single time they engage in the next round of corporate welfare or vote against their constituents' best interests, they do so fearlessly on account of gerrymandering. Now that the presidential nominating cycle has generated real momentum, they tremble at the prospect of losing their seat.

but if history is any guide, this will not happen. They will go down with the ship only to be revived in a few years with yet more devious schemes to deploy on us, the American people. And by American people I mean those of us who remain loyal to our country and our values, not those who continue to betray them. We have seen this time and again with nixon, raygun, bush et. al. It gets worse as the decades go by and now we are stuck with illegitimate and right wing courts, it seems some never learn any lessons.
