It's almost over but I can get it on demand. Thank you for reminding me about it being on.
I wish we were to the stage they're airing now, the very end. I'd be much less stressed everyday if we were almost out of this current insanity.

I remember the turmoil of those days, and the relief that he was gone. That was in my wide eyed youth. Out of the Army and in a new job, with the world open to a grand future.
Fifty years later I realize that it's all a dreaded cycle. Like Sisyphus, we are compelled to repeat the arduous task of pretending to have learned our lessons and restoring order to our world.
For eternity. The rock would be easier, and makes more sense.
