In all the "breaking news", hyperbole and speculation about impeachment, we'd best not let

our efforts to win the White House in 2020 get pushed to the back burner. No one wants Trump gone more than yours truly and I believe we have a shot at not only impeaching him, but making it so damned embarrassing and politically costly to support him that we get him convicted in the Senate. BUT,---

---saying that we "have a shot" does not change the fact that it is a long shot, IMHO. We are talking about Republicans, after all. They are ONLY concerned with not getting primaried by the very same bagger trash they welcomed into their party over a decade ago. The majority of them are shameless sycophants willing to stand in line to put some of their shade of lipstick on Trump's posterior.

I am not saying we shouldn't go all in for impeachment. Let's give it 110%. But, support whoever we select as our candidate with your time, talent and, if you are able, your cash. Candidates are looking for volunteers NOW. Chewing bubble gum does not preclude walking.
