Sure habits like smoking can play a real role.

But trumps genetic weaknesses are more mental. Fred died of Alzheimer’s. Not hard to see trump slipping in that way. Watch interviews with him from the 80s and 90s. He was a dick. But was lucid and somewhat well spoken.

He has really declined. Plus, the constant anger. Reminds me of my grandmother. She used to have a sense of humor but as she declined it was just more and more anger.
