the judge hugged the ex cop who was convicted of murder after she sentenced her. Goes to show cops can get away with anything. If the guy was white and she was black and not a cop she would have gotten life

(31,261 posts)Prosecutors and Judges typically develop personal relationships with a lot of police officers. Police officers often have to testify at trials and judges see some of them over and over.
I really don't know how to get around that fact, it is human nature to put more trust in someone that you know, or think you know, and there is an urge to not believe something they have done is horrid.
