Isn't the Defense IG move today a positive?

I took from it that he was alerting the committees of the misleading conspiracy trail Pompeo and company are following. And maybe also to protect some career officials caught up in it. The documents would give them a heads up for questioning purposes, wouldn’t it?

I think he was trying to warn the panel that the conspiracy theories intended to discredit the Mueller investigation and the people who worked on it are coming from within the WH.

throw up bullshit to make the Intelligence IG report look like just more of the same.

Hence the "urgent" State department IG Congressional briefing today
