the State Department to get on the same page to present these conspiracy theories. So it could well be helpful in making our legal case.

I saw it on Rachel Maddow last night.

Trump/Barr?Ghouliani/Pompeo are working to convince people that it wasn't Russia that interfered in our election but it was Ukraine. We have sanctions on Russia because it interfered in our election. Putin has a lot of oil and gas sitting in the ground that he can't get at because he doesn't have the technology like someone from Exxon Mobil has. If Trump convinces people that Russia didn't meddle in our elections he can do away with the sanctions.

3. Nicolle missed the point of the packet

of disinformation. Rachel Maddow explained the reason for the disinformation on her show last night. If Trump can convince people that Russia didn't hack our election, that it was Ukraine, that means that Trump can lift the sanctions imposed on Russia for hacking our elections.

Russia is a glorified gas station and it has a heck of a lot of oil and gas sitting in the ground that it can't access because it doesn't have the technology.

The mysterious packet is about money and Trump doing Putin's bidding by lifting the sanctions.
