Repetition will embed the word into the grey slush between his ears, and it will bounce around among the few neurons he has that are still firing. (Also remember, he generally goes along with whoever spoke with him last.)

Within a week he'll be mumbling conspiracy theories about strawberries and appointing flunkies to go out and investigate.

It will be glorious to see his cabinet finally realize that the 25th Amendment is there for an actual reason, and can be used.
