Have any DUers seen anyone on M$Greedia mention that

Jimmy Carter is the first former US President to reach 95. That I haven't heard them wish him a happy Birthday is one thing - that they haven't mentioned this historical fact is sad.

on their web sites. Interestingly, John Adams got pretty close - he lived to be 91, in 1826.

and that is where I rank my Presidents and to me only three stand out-Mr Carter, of course who was probably the most morally upright, FDR who was the most influential, and Woodrow Wilson as a flawed but well intentioned liberal (but yes racist). A lot would name Kennedy who was just a blossom cut down before the bloom could prove itself, or Johnson a shitkicker who did well and remains an enigma to me. The rest are lost to me except Bill Clinton who was at best a saxophone playing buffoon and semi-republican. That was my century and my remembrance. As for Mr Carter both the GOP and the Media reviled him-he is remembered for the Malaise Speech even though he never uttered the word. Look up "killer rabbit"-that is what the media did to him. I'm an atheist who almost never prays-but if there is a God he OWES Mr Carter a few more years.

said yesterday Jimmy Carter turned 95 and while he didn't agree with him on many things he was a good man and the country needs a good man in the WH. It was used as a contrast to current monster.

- a CBS affiliate local all-news station here. They also played a clip of him.

CBS also had a little report - https://www.cbsnews.com/news/president-jimmy-carter-birthday-today-former-president-celebrates-95-oldest-living-president-2019-10-01/

And they did a segment on "The View" on ABC -
