Giuliani flip-flops on Ukraine probe
WASHINGTON – During a whirlwind interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani said he wouldn’t cooperate with House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff.
Twenty-five seconds later, Giuliani changed his tune.
