To be true over telling the truth?

Truth be told, the GOPers rather not tell the truth and want to be true to the man who can't tell the truth in anything he says. We are seeing the fall of a government right before our very eyes. Impeachment is a good start, but it goes much deeper which must take down anyone and everyone involved. There is no doubt Trump has broken many laws and he has many others bidding for his support. I want one thing for sure out of this all? That we see the end of corruption no matter who is tied to this all!

as Trump and his cabal make a last-ditch grab for anything that isn't nailed down, realizing this could be the end for them politically and feeling entitled to steal everything they need for their futures. We need forensic accountants whose full time job is to watch for the secretion of stolen funds into foreign bank accounts and other such shenanigans.

How WaPo journos Woodward and Bernstein exposed Nixon/Republican shenanigans with dogged persistence. Most people they talked to were afraid to say anything.

There's a scene in the movie where Nixon wins re-election - 49 states so he was popular - while they continue working on the story. The DOJ, CIA, and FBI were either in on the scheme or looked the other way. This is precisely why we now have the whistleblower act.

I bet most people at the time never thought Nixon would resign, just seemed hopeless. Then he did, and A LOT of people went to jail.

Corruption has been around forever, the history of this country is rife with it. We just have to keep fighting and believe we will win.

If you haven't seen the movie, I highly recommend it. Netflix.
