The RW is already attacking the pro quo portion of the event as if dismissing it will dismiss the entire conversation. The crimes he committed are not dependent on the pro quo aspect and we do not need to rely on it.

We should not fall into the trap simply because it is a handy term which most people understand yet falsely think is necessary for the crime to exist.
