Is Trump being advised by Putin?

...about everything going on in Ukraine?

Trump is still trying to delay the military assistance to Ukraine. He is now using the excuse that Europe is not paying their fair share. Why is he so intent on delaying this assistance to Ukraine?

Did he make a promise to Vladimir Putin?

Even after all that has transpired in the last days, Trump still looks to be taking orders from Putin.

Like most mobsters, he feels free to improvise for his own benefit.

This Ukraine scheme seems so ham-handed, I'm thinking he was running this scam on the side himself.

on edit:

Maybe Putin suggested he put pressure on Ukraine to give up the Crimea, and Trump injected the Joe Biden thing himself?

Is DT just pretending to be a friend of Ukraine? Is this obvious to everyone else and my coffee's finally kicking in enough that I can see it?
Does Ukraine actually believe that he is not a friend of Putin's or are the president's comedic skills allowing him to play along?
It's like a board game to find the truth beneath so many layers of lies, but of course, we know that Putin still holds all the strings.
Except for the ones held by Nancy.

I think we are at the point where trump is more concerned about saving him and his family’s own a***s than obeying Putin.

And that is more important to Donald Trump than being President.

If Putin's giving him advice, he's clearly not listening.

editions were claiming Putin has been increasing his Troop Numbers in the Eastern part of Ukraine claiming his military convoys were resupply missions for the existing troops. So did Putin tell Trump to hold off or cancel Aid to Ukrainian until he had sufficient Troops in place?
