Release a watered down "transcript" and spin it to be no big deal, nothing to see.

The reason they rushed to get this "transcript" out is to anchor the public perception of the call so that any accounts hereafter are measured against this starting point.

It's Barr's weekend summary of the Mueller report all over again.
