The Supreme Court said in 1821 that Congress has inherent authority to arrest and detain recalcitrant witnesses.
2) File a civil suit (but this is a slow process)

(21,578 posts)because i wouldn't trust Sessions to testify on what color his eyes are let alone expect him to come before Congress and say anything even remotely close to the truth.
