Trump promises "very, very inspirational tax cut for middle-income people sometime next year"

Aaron Rupar
@atrupar
Trump pushes more fake middle-income tax cuts!

"We're now working on a tax cut for middle-income people that is going to be very, very inspirational. It's going to be something that I think it's what everybody is looking for, & we'll be announcing it sometime in the next year."

Shit! He might even give the farmers about $28 billion to hold them over until after the election.

They were low income or lower middle class for much of their lives but they supported taxes to fund infrastructure, schools, hospitals, Social Security, Medicare, Food Stamps, EIC, etc.

They paid for the country we have had for 50 years that is now crumbling because we don't want to pay to maintain it, which is a darn sight cheaper than it was to build it.

I'm disappointed in us.

Fiat money. Plenty of stupid and short sighted people will vote for those who are always giving them something for nothing, never consider that the bill comes due sooner or later. Of course many Americans run their personal finances like that.

he lied about right before the midterms. Is anybody stupid enough to fall for this?

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.forbes.com/sites/chuckjones/2018/11/03/trumps-fake-midterm-economic-news-10-tax-cut-and-china-deal/amp/

"On Monday, October 22, President Trump had another one of his off the cuff thoughts that seemed to catch everyone, including his staff and Republicans, by surprise. He said that there would be a 10% tax cut for the middle class, that a resolution would be done in the next one to two weeks (which would be just before the midterm elections) and that it would be voted on after the elections."...(more)

For 40 years republicans have used tax cuts as a very effective hammer against the Democratic Party. But they finally jumped the shark. The last tax cut is actually hurting them badly and our brand spanking new Trillion dollar deficit it there for all to see. With a worse growth rate than under President Obama.

But they got nothing else. Tax cuts and abortion. And with trump blatant racism.

The racism will still work for the hard core. But tax cuts have lost their general appeal.

Right?

At this point, I half expect him to say he will resign immediately and turn himself into law enforcement upon getting re elected, just because he thinks that would get dems to vote for him lol.
