so they vetoed Dem gov's budget, HOWEVER, they're getting their asses kicked everywhere, for doing what they did.

8. If it is a standard override vote, it would require some type of super-majority in the NC Senate.

Dems should have enough votes to block it in the Senate. Plus Senates are somewhat more moderate since Senators have to run over much larger districts than Reps.

I think that this stunt is going to hurt republicans badly in mildly-red and purple districts and likely will cost them some Senate seats.

can pull the same f--g trick they could still win. It seems like the Republicans just do whatever they want then if it ends up in the courts
that they control they get away with anything. What a democracy we have.

I know some say that cost money, but typically the amount isn't much. Register to vote, vote and get rid of republicans and then get just governance.

The tricks by republicans shows that they know that they can't win flatout fair races in many districts. One good thing is that democratic seats are in soundly blue districts. The seats that are being contested more and more are in reddish-purple districts and mildly red districts, and democrats are winning more and more of those seats.
