4. Myrtle Beach has tornado warnings at 4:30am from outer bands.

Storm is almost even with Savanna now and appears to be headed for Georgetown and the Grand Strand.

I spent a lot of time working near Georgetown in the late 70s and fear they're in for another big flood forced up the Winyah Bay.
