Voter ID Laws in Texas and Ohio have been struck down by federal courts.

The AG in Texas has already stated he'll take it to the Supreme court, and I expect the same will occur in Ohio. Let's see what happens in other states with similar laws, but I expect the same.

The Supreme Court will rule on these laws. Do I have faith they'll do their job and declare them unconstitutional? Not so sure.

Obama's reelection is critical when it comes to SC appointments; this country cannot withstand a Republican president who will move the highest court in the land further to the right. Scares the crap out of me when I think about it; we're already teetering on the edge with the damage done by the Citizens United ruling.

I don't think they want to go down in infamy as the court that supports restricting the right to vote for American citizens.

I mean, look at Ohio, all the Judge did was extend early voting to everyone and the GOP is throwing a fit. They look stupid. History will not be kind to them.
