1. With the bedbugs, I wouldn't show up.
and
2. If he invites Putin, I wouldn't show up.
and a third one - if it appears that he is going to get a serious election ass whipping, I wouldn't show up.

It should be a consensus of the G7 leaders, not a declaration by some grifting, third-rate, illegitimate politician who just wants to line his own pockets.
