I can't imagine not remembering who he was with. It wasn't even that long ago. There is definitely something major going on with his brain even past the nutcase he has always been.

Kim wrote to Trump and that she knows Kim by reading his letters.

Well, I remember reading things that were written by Shakespeare and I think he was a great guy!

Now THERE was a great guy! The kind of Roman Emperor you could sit down, have a beer with, and shoot the breeze about the gladiator matches, the lines at the baths, the meaning of life... just whatever. One of the most awesome dudes I've ever met.

He is a threat to himself and a lot of others. If he is hearing voices that is another horrible symptom of something worse schizophrenia.

loose relationship with reality (details not important and/or whatever he says they are) and disorganized thinking.

At a meeting about Duty to Warn at Yale Medical School, a keynote speaker, Robert J. Lifton, warned that malignantly narcissistic leaders can shift and distort reality for an entire society, a process he called “malignant normality.” The abnormal becomes normalized and alternate facts, conspiracy theories, racism, denial of science, and delegitimization of the free press become not only acceptable, but the new normal. Trump has the power to impose his madness on the populace, a kind of mass folie à deux. Perhaps we should call it a folie des millions?
