I don't remember that either. That is because it didn't happen. The reason it didn't happen is because a competent and capable person doesn't need to affix blame, and also, a person of that caliber accepts blame freely when necessary and takes action to adjust and fix things when they are not going well.

A person who is not competent and capable deflects blame constantly, and whines like a little baby, because these types of people are immature fucking douche bags. It is the same with the people who follow douche bags such as this, the blaming of others. The blaming of Obama. The blaming of Hillary. People who have not been in the position to affect policy for some time now. They do that because that is all they have. They cry, they whine, they post bizarre memes about people who have retired from politics. They make shit up. They believe those red or pink boxes that some other fucking loser types up on facebook. They believe it because it is words, so it must be true. And they will do this until they die, which may be years from now. On and on and on...looking like the fucking crybabies that they are, because that's it for them, they will never have anything else.

And those people will go to their grave without recognizing how they really look to the rest of the world, who are the MAJORITY.
