Forget impeachment and the 25th Amendment. They are the rules, but the rules are useless.
There comes a time when the rule book must be suspended for a while.
Are we there yet?
I don't have an answer to what we do now. But the majority of us better figure out the answer to that pretty damn quickly.

(31,121 posts)and voted, even if the KGB hacks the machines and shuts down the power grid, we could overcome it BUT we must have unity.
Dems are in a lose/lose, they have no power over a lawless justice dept and WH but take flak daily from many on the left.
Real bad situation, plus our government is decimated, all but gone, we just dont know it yet.

It seems to me that our only option is to make the Republican Party understand they're on the verge of extinction as a political entity. Nothing scares politicians more than that.

(22,598 posts)Once we justify using other than constitutional means to get rid of Trump then one day when the tables are turned, the Republicans will do it to a Democrat and rightfully point out that we did it first.
Given these times and this administration I think I would be cautious about openly expressing on a public message board using non constitutional means to remove a president from office.
