Just posted the Charlottsville "very fine people on both sides" video in a different thread:

...and he pulls that "The left was violent, VERY violent, you know that. You KNOW that" shit, and it went unchallenged.
And as we know, one of his signature "tells" is to say "As you know," or "You know that," and it seldom if ever goes unchallenged. If a reporter DOES challenge him, he simply re-asserts himself, and they back down.
It's designed to subdue an opponent by giving them a false sense of "importance" or "intelligence" by agreeing with his lies.
And one reporter after another succumbs to it, rolling over and exposing their soft white underbelly in the name of "ongoing access."

(13,110 posts)I am so sick of this bloated piece of shit.
Unfortunately, there are others;
Mitch McConnell
Lindsey Graham
Barr
Mulvaney
Jarrod & Ivanka
Mnuchin
Miller
The list is endless.
Watching Congressional hearings certainly shows the idiots who have power in the country.
Some of their testimony can be damaging to ones ears and brain.

(2,863 posts)I also agree with your list of villains. What a horrid group. I went ahead and made a small donation to Amy McGrath even though I don't live in Kentucky. Even if we don't take the senate back, I sure would love to see that snake in turtle's clothing sent packing. He has so much blood on his hands.

(13,110 posts)I would like them to team up.
Keep asking the same question until he answers or waddles away.
Gang up on him.
They just don't seem to have the heart to do that.
It was done 1 time during a Huckabee press conference.
They received great praise from the media.
I would have thought that would have been a hint, but alas it was not.

(12,904 posts)He likes to pull as many as he can into the chaos. I think he also uses that ridiculous thumbs up gesture in the same way. He wants others to mimic it, so they appear to agree with him.
Hes like a giant orange shitnado of lies and corruption.

(10,533 posts)There are a lot of stenographers in our current press corps who see their job as basically just collecting opposing soundbites to fill time or space. Not to challenge the powerful in the pursuit of truth.
