16. I live in a light red county. Republican, but tend toward moderate.

There are 10,000 more Dem+Indies than republicans, but repugs outnumber Dems by around 20,000 across the county. Hillary did a lot better than I expected here against Trump and she send NOONE within 85 miles of the county, Trump campaigned in it's biggest city. My county sits beside a somewhat smaller, but deep, deep blue county, so there is hope if a regional strategy is used by Dems to pull more votes out of this region of the state.

Honestly, as my county has grown, it has become far less red, so the key is growth. We have a massive hospital complex in the county, lots of people employed in healthcare related jobs like Nurses, Doctors, Orderlies, Therapists, Lab Techs, Administrators, ect.
