He made headlines as an activist for 3-D printed guns. Now he's pleaded guilty in child sex case.

Self-described anarchist Cody Wilson tap-danced on the limits of the Second Amendment and criminal conduct when his downloadable gun designs for 3-D printers triggered fear that his on-demand firearms would give criminals untraceable killing tools.

But that is not what landed Wilson in court this time.

The 31-year-old accused of paying for sex with an underage girl last summer pleaded guilty Friday in a Travis County, Tex., courthouse to a reduced charge of injury to a child, the Austin American-Statesman reported. Wilson originally faced a charge of felony sexual assault.

The reduced sentence keeps Wilson out of prison but will require him to register as a sex offender for seven years of deferred adjudication probation.

Just maintaining extremist beliefs requires constant dishonesty and self deception.

He actually considered himself farther left wing for a while, sounded like some who hang here. In 2013,

“There aren't genuine politics. There's the media telling you Barack Obama versus Mitt Romney is like, the epic clash of ideology, when we both know they're globalist neoliberals. I mean, they both exist to preserve, like, the interests of this relatively autonomous class of Goldman Sachs bankers!”

This no-difference thing is what Bernie Sanders also believes and pushes, but Cody had already traveled far beyond on the extremist spectrum before Sanders emerged from obscurity. NO government, certainly not socialism.

"Cody Rutledge Wilson exists in the world of antigovernment extremists as a product of a sort of extreme post-libertarianism, informed by an ideological fusion of the broadest possible interpretations of the First and Second Amendments.

In an interview with CNN Money, Wilson prided himself on the presence of members of far right groups on his platform:

Luminaries of the Alt-Right have decided to join, and they get a lot of the money because they know they can go there and not get censored. A lot of people have been leaving Patreon in protest…This is Andrew Anglin of the Daily Stormer, and he’s been doing quite well. Andrew Auernheimer, you could call him a fascist probably... Sent to federal prison for things like how he trolled AT&T. You get somebody like weev, that’s a nice endorsement of your service. Mr. [Richard] Spencer I think is considered a pretty successful troll.

Sounds like a gathering of luminaries in hell to me.
