8 Chan, 4 Chan, Reddit, Voat and the scourge of white male fragility

So I would fit into their target audience (with the exception that I am also Native and black) when it comes to age and technological engagement.

Basically 4chan, 8chan, Voat and even Reddit are cesspools for male minds which feel they have been so mistreated by everyone. But is it ever their fault? No.

Take a look at any of these sites and what do you see?

You have males of all ages clinging to their bullshit adolescence in a futile attempt of dodging responsibility for anything and everything.

Women don't like you? Well, it could never be the fact that you are a fucking misogynistic creep, right? So you become an incel.

You can't buy that big house that society has taught you that you need? You become the type of person who supports Trump, because, after all, you could have all of that fancy shit if it weren't for those illegals, right?

Let's go back to the somewhat early days of Reddit. From the beginning these guys had sections dedicated to "jailbait" and breaking into women's (and girl's) photobuckets, iClouds etc. All in the hopes of getting "nudes," because damnit, they are owed that as white males, right?

Wait! Reddit put a woman in a position of power, great right? Nope. The fuckers started a site called "voat" which is the internet equivalent of a porta-potty left out in the Texas sun for a month.

For far too long these assholes have had their own safe spaces (all the while screaming about "snowflakes" ). These are not safe spaces in dark corners, they are safe spaces in plain site, hosted on the internet by companies who won't do jack shit about them because they love the profits too much.

These guys are all a bunch of whiny little bitches who think that posting shit online, buying guns and growing beards will make them men.

It never will. They're boys. Sad. Little. Boys.

If that white privilege goes away, they're just losers who can't accept responsibility for their own failures in life. That's why they have to convince themselves that, simply by being born caucasian cis-gender males, they are inherently better than anyone else. It takes a special kind of delusion to believe that garbage.

Got a lot of pushback. You are correct.

Whiteness, the actuality of it as a social construct as well as what it encompasses is losing power and it’s going down fighting in a sick violent, hateful
way. Personally I hope electing trump is it’s death rattle, as he is apex whiteness, but it’s an empty hope

Same thing with Masculinity as a social construct, in the toxic sense; we are recognizing gender fluidity, women are incrementally gaining power, and GBTLQ rights, whether one presents as masculine or feminine or both or neither are making great strides

It is notable how many of these shootings are simply hate driven by young men.

White terrorist Hate is not just American though, it exists everywhere. Germany, Norway, France. There are smaller populations and far less mass shootings in those countries though

Reddit is generally a fine place with good content and incrdible diversity. There are subreddits filled with hate that should have been banned long ago. But to paint the whole place with that brush is shortsighted.

Just look at r/twoxchromosomes .. great forum for women’s issues and has 12 million subscribers.

Welcome to TwoXChromosomes, a subreddit for both serious and silly content, and intended for women's perspectives.

Thoughtful, Meaningful Content
Posts are moderated for content according to the following guidelines (hit report on violations):
Respect: No hatred, bigotry, assholery, misogyny, misandry, transphobia, homophobia, racism or otherwise disrespectful commentary. Please follow reddiquette.

Equanimity: No drama-inducing crossposting of content found in other subreddits, or vice versa. Likewise, posts found to direct odious influxes here may be removed. [more]

Grace: No tactless posts generalizing gender. We are a welcoming community. Rights of all genders are supported here.

Relevance: Please submit content that is relevant to our experiences as women, for women, or about women. [more]

Fundraising: No fundraising, please. This includes both asking and offering assistance. As a community, we're not set up for screening each funding request [more]

Reddit is fantastic! Subreddits like r/politics or r/The_Mueller are great sources of information. And there are so many fun ones like r/eyebleach and r/aww. I subscribe to probably 40 or 50 subreddits and rarely run into Russian trolls or anything nasty. If people are selective about where they go, Reddit can be a hugely positive thing.

They police themselves pretty well, and it’s Democratic subreddit dwarfs this site big time.

Reddit is a HUGE community and a great resource.

Problem. The internet helped unite them and Trump emboldened them. My question is :what can be done about these whiney little bitches with no character? They've always existed but there numbers are growing. How do you deal with these punks? Seems like every job I had always had males with this "I have a penis therefore I'm superior" attitude.
