(51,632 posts)their entire lives. Globalization is changing that and they are fearful of losing their top dog position. The fucking moron is using this fear to radicalize them. Fux Ruse, RW religions and RW media and social media feed this fear. They do not want any other gender or race or culture to take anything away from what they were led to believe they are rightly entitled to since they are superior. They are the new terrorists. If Climate Change doesn't make a normal thinking person nervous, this dangerous and real threat should do the trick.

Modern women may not have achieved the success they hope for or deserve, but they are certainly on the way up. Law School, Med School, Vet School, and other top professional schools see more women entering, and staying.
No longer do we have a bunch of deep-throated, serious men on the news, but well over half the newscasters I see are women. And women are increasingly sought for their opinons. Women are now even the voices of authority on commercials, and not just decoration.
And more women are successful owners and managers.
This is a good thing, but the question has been raised about just how many men feel left out, or resent the ascent of women. Lotta talk about INCELs, but not much productive talk about what to do about them.

(63,221 posts)They don't work as hard because they expect everything to just be handed to them. I see this all the time in my workplace.
The young women work their asses off whereas the young men tend to be slackers. Come in late, leave early, go out partying until all hours, take credit for other people's work, pawn their work off on other people. And then they wonder why they don't get promoted as quickly or they get demoted.
Of course there are exceptions. There are young women who can't cut it and hard working young men, but the trend seems to be that the young men really seem to think they can coast and just have everything handed to them and then resent the women when they find out that they are climbing the ladder faster than they are.
