Did Portman just say something about a hurricane in Dayton?

I will say he looks a bit shaken, although he's dancing all around the gun violence issue. There must have been a directive sent out.

I think he's a bit 'shook'. Senator Brown sounded strong and to the point.

... to deflect away from the last 3 white supremacist terrorist acts being associated in anyway with Trump.

The last person shot mostly black people in the area of Ohio so I'm adding that person in right now until I see some different data on him.
