... there is no mechanism to put an immediate stop to a country's president encouraging deadly (or any) violence on the country's inhabitants. This is Assad-level behavior. I guess we haven't gotten to the "barrel bombs" stage yet, but this has become quite bad enough. Yet, the only available remedy seems to be a months-long (or longer) wait required for impeachment or election, neither of which can happen quickly enough to be of any real life-saving value.

1. If an ordinary citizen were encouraging murder of a certain

person or kind of people, it would be a chargeable offense. And we should make gun owners carry significant insurance against personal damage to a person and strict laws about keeping the guns out of the hands of children, or pay a price. And the AK 15s should be only in the hands of the army and marines, etc.
