Do you have any proof that the Prosecutor handling this case has any history of racist tendencies or bias?

While there are many racists in this world of all faiths, races, genders, cultures etc. - I can assure you that the majority of Scandinavians I know (including Police) are not racist. They do not have the same problem of institutional racism that we do in our country and ironically, ask any Black person who has spent much time traveling, visiting and living in Sweden, Denmark etc and they will tell you that they don't feel or experience what they do in the US in terms of discrimination. That is not to say there aren't some racists or white nationalists (they have been increasing in recent years, including throughout Germany) but in fact the Swedish men and women I know love Black men and women and find them beautiful.

What Swedes do not tolerate is drug trafficking, sex trafficking and sexual crimes or crimes of violence. From anyone - regardless of race or religion.
