I'll probably get arrested soon. Sent this to both my US Senators & Rep.

They are Sen. Boozman, Sen. Cotton, and Congressman Womack. All Republicans.

Your, and the Republican Party's, lack of Christian morals and moral courage is stunning. Not a peep of condemnation of anything said or done by the aberration in the White House.

So I put my letter as a reply to another letter slamming the Congressman Jim Hagedorn for no response to Trump's recent racist attacks against the Squad and Elijah Cummings. I made a few additions to get my point across even more. I am certain some Republican feathers are going to get ruffled. Tough.

He has plainly stated that he represents only Republicans in his district because they donate to him and vote for him. Democrats do not, therefore he does not represent us. So much for equal representation.

basically hiding out from dems while their local blowhard friends on those radio stations support them and attack democrats, protestors, activism, etc - all invisible to democrats

the local gop and think tanks support them too, with those radio stations. many reps and pols like that, and their hacks, leave podcasts and or recordings of those interactions on those radio stations and even on their sites. nunes has 50 such podcasts on his .gov website.

big limbaugh stations can reach hundreds of thousands, millions, even whole states. 260 of those limbaugh stations depend on democrats in their communities to ignore their lies racism and global warming denial and not ask 88 universities to stop broadcasting sports on them - endorsing the partisan pro-putin trump bullshit and helping stations attract advertisers so it's all free for the GOP.

there's a good chance your rep is using local rw talk radio like the rest of them and any activism like boycottss and protests directed to those stations and the advertisers and universities that support them will get their attention.

but they already got a lot of liberals believing 1500 stations all saying the same 100% pro republican shit in a well protected 20-1 monopoly is somehow a representation of free speech and they will echo the howling from the right.

the planet will burn before that passes again.

the way to do it is boycotts of all rw radio stations and protests at the 88 universities that support 260 limbaugh stations. artificial intelligence makes it really easy and cheap to record, transcribe the talk, and list advertisers - with little listening. needed.

once the ad industry has to ask clients if they actually support rw radio, to protect them, many if not most will drop rw radio and it will fall apart

that will happen inevitably with AI - the ad industry will do it by merely finally applying market demand to the monopoly. and it would be good if dems made them do it before the 2020s

(also Republican) Interestingly, it was also the church of the late Speaker of the House Jim Wright, several mayors known to be Democrats, and a couple of past County Chairs.

I've lost count of the number of times I have reminded her of our common church membership and asked her if she is hearing the same sermons I hear because her actions do not reflect our local church leadership or the basic premise of Methodism as laid out by its founder, John Wesley.

Jim Wright has to be rolling in his grave. If tremors are felt in Weatherford TX it's Jim, not fracking.

Harley Rouda, represents the district once unrepresented by rohrabacher. I attended one of his town halls. He is doing a good job so far. As a result, I have become a regular caller to his office.

Rouda released a statement recently supporting an Impeachment Inquiry. (At the April Town Hall, he was non-committal, saying it was not a focus of his campaign) Glad he changed his mind.

If that was how you phrased it, their staff probably won't give a second thought.

I reckon that if you want to have any effect at all, you could try pointing out to the staff that working for moral vacuums will make them unemployable is a couple of years' time. That they're collaborating with the guy whose only concern is his own position, and his actions make clear doesn't give a toss about those less powerful than him, such as themselves. He'll throw them under the bus the first time he needs to.

Remind them they're not the 1%, so they shouldn't be helping them.

What do you think about voting in the republican primary so we can vote two times against Cotton and Womack. I have thought that if enough Democrats voted against them in the primary it can weaken them in the general.

The bad news is that you and I are so badly out numbered in Arkansas that we are not considered a threat.

Nevertheless, if you are arrested, have someone send me a message. Unless, I'm in jail with you, I have a law license in Arkansas and will come running.

Lots of people on this site probably on right wing 'lists.'

Their lack of Christian morals and the courage of conviction is in fact stunning. In fact, if you'll forgive a play on words, their lack of the courage of conviction might well lead to criminal conviction!

Let's hope so. Especially for Moscow Mitch and the Traitor Tot.

I'm in Ohio now

Steve Chabot (R)
Rob Portman (R)
Sherrod Brown (D)

Sherrod Brown is the only one who's team has bothered to write back. And the responses directly address my email, every time.

In fairness, Portman at least bothered to have his staff set up an auto reply.

I'll assume Chabot is too busy shopping for white sheets...

I ask him, first comes an automatic response, then as soon as he can a real answer.

I do not even bother with Portman or old Law book himself, Mike Turner. He is too busy fighting with his new wife over money. And slamming books at the Mueller hearing challenging one word out of 488 pages.
