Instead of using cheese as bait just put a young beauty pageant contestant near the trap and he will be caught by morning.

pre-dating the Obama Adminstration. Source - interview with Ben Rhodes in which he said that at night you could hear the rats running around in the ceiling. Movie: The Final Year.

When Trump first moved in and started complaining about the White House being a dump - this is what he was referring to, I’ve suspected.
