Robert Mueller: "Yes"

Buck: "You could charge the President of the United States with obstruction of justice after he left office?"

Mueller: "Yes."

And Democrats will use that answer to press THE MORAL issue as to this is all the reason to be re-elected.

This absolutely seals it.

The only possible scenario for removing Trump prior to 2021 is if Pence and a majority of cabinet heads agree that he is unfit.

Pence knows his political career is over if he does this, and Mother is likely picking out the West Wing drapes already.

The cabinet heads were chosen because they are obedient. If they aren't, like Acosta was in not instituting regulations fast enough, they are gone.
