A whole bunch of D voters in 2010, being more perfect then practical, stayed home & did not vote( Obama didn't bring unicorns & sparkles fast enough) The GOP got to draw the map. John Boehner, Speaker of the House & a freaking big shot here in Ohio, got to influence the gerrymandering.
