Republicans seem to have 2 questioning styles - aggressive and condescending

1. correct, fast, loud talking is to come across as threatening and demeaning

Only people scared of the truth would use that approach...

Loud enough you will believe. He is talking about how great Republicans ran the House. Ignorance on his part.
