Boris Johnson blimp takes flight in London as anti-Brexit protesters call 'national emergency'

Campaigners who oppose Britain leaving the European Union have unfurled a "Boris blimp" outside Parliament in London, mocking the man who is expected to become the country's next leader.

Boris Johnson was caricatured as a crying child in a stunt reminiscent of the baby Donald Trump balloon used to protest against the US President's visit to London last month.
Formerly the mayor of London and British foreign minister, Mr Johnson was a key figure in the Brexit movement which was successful in a June 2016 referendum on whether to leave the EU.
He has pledged to complete Britain's withdrawal from the EU by October 31, irrespective of whether a deal can be successfully reached.
