What does the even mean? I will tell you what "I'll try" means. It means NOTHING.

He's boasted on and on (and on!) about his preternatural ability to do the impossible on any number of occasions on any number of topics. Remember how he was going to repeal Obamacare on day one? And how only he could accomplish stuff? Now he's reduced to "I'll try" when it comes to handling the slavering mob he's assembled? Weak!
